General Instructions:

1. Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format.Candidates can download the same from the University website www.sggswu.co.in Please  mention Post  Applied For and Department on  the  left-top  corner  of  the envelope containing the application. Separate applications are to be submitted for each Post and Department.
2. The filled in application should be accompanied by application fee of Rs. 1000/-in the form of Crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Registrar,Sri  Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib" payable at Fatehgarh Sahib.
3. Application  forms  complete  in  all  respects  along  with  photocopies  of  certificates,  list of  publications  and  the  prescribed  application fee  should  reach The  Registrar,  Sri Guru  Granth  Sahib  World  University,  Fatehgarh  Sahib-140406.

Process to Apply for Teaching Posts:

Step One: Click on Pay Now Button to pay Job Application Fee (Rs. 1000) Non Refundable. Fill the form and pay the fee. After successful payment save the screenshot of the payment.  

Step Two: Download the Application Form by clicking here. Fill the application form. 

Step Three: Submit the filled application form with relevant documents and payment details to Establishment Branch, Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University.
