It is with deep gratitude and joy that I extend my warm greetings to every member of our University family as we walk the path of academic excellence illuminated by the eternal light of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
Guided by the sacred ideal of “Sarbat Da Bhala”, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell continues to serve as the heartbeat of our collective pursuit of quality. We remain steadfast in creating an environment where intellectual growth walks hand in hand with moral, ethical, and spiritual awakening.
Over the past years, we have together strengthened our academic and administrative foundation in meaningful ways. We have embraced Outcome-Based Education across all programmes, introduced multidisciplinary courses in harmony with the National Education Policy 2020, and nurtured a vibrant ecosystem of research, innovation, and entrepreneurship through greater funding, meaningful collaborations, and dedicated incubation support. Our collaboration with industry has deepened, skill development has gained new momentum, and we have moved closer to sustainability through green and energy-efficient practices. Faculty and staff have grown through enriching development programmes centred on digital pedagogy and universal human values, while regular academic and administrative audits have ensured timely and effective improvements.
None of this would have been possible without the wholehearted commitment of IQAC team, and all the stakeholders. The steady rise in our recognition we receive at national and international level, are living testimonies to what we can achieve when we work as one family.
As we look to the future, our aspirations remain bold yet deeply rooted: to earn greater academic and administrative autonomy, to expand our global presence through international partnerships and student exchanges, to advance pioneering research in Sikh studies, Punjabi language and literature, comparative religion, as well as in frontier areas of science and technology, and to transform our campus into a fully digital, inclusive, and paperless sanctuary of learning.
I earnestly invite each one of you to lend your energy, ideas, and spirit to these shared endeavours. Let us together honour the sanctity of this sacred seat of learning and shape it into a world-class university that does not merely produce skilled professionals, but raises compassionate human beings who carry within them the universal message of love, equality, and service enshrined in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
